The location to the airport and parking
I didn’t understand how to use the heater and the shower was cold after a few minutes.
Gabriel CiutacuRomaniaPerfect for a night to get some rest before the next morning flight and close to the airport.

Check in process was a nightmare, all done via a website which is clunky and unreliable
No toilet paper in our room
