Location excellent & if you have an electric car & are mobile this is the place to stay in Brixham, 6 charging points in private car parking.
BUT this is a very old building with rickety stairs, MANY fire doors & less…

1) With a top (3rd) floor room & no lift it was a struggle for my retired wife & I to drag our luggage up the steep staircase & we were not offered assistance.

JanetA great location overlooking the harbour and a fantastic breakfast. Although our room was at the top with steep stairs it was very light, airy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
ValerieVery good location for this traditional hotel. Our room was furnished in a clean and modern way, which we liked. The breakfast was good and the staff welcoming. The dedicated car park was a godsend.
