The newly renovated rooms look really nice.
The handrails in bathtub were too high for a.short person. I couldn't reach it because my arms have limited range and I'm short. Let them know and they said they'd fix it.

Staff wasn't friendly or helpful. I pointed out something that was spilled on the floor in the breakfast room, and he said he had too much to do.. (there wasn't anyone else in the lobby)…
