리셉션 데스크에서 직원 찾는게 어려울 정도이고, 찾아서 물으면, 만족스럽지 못한 답을 들었다.
청결도는 하위 수준이고, 벽장, 에어콘 , 침대 등 모두가 낡았다. 침대는 삐걱 거리는 소리까지 낫다. 알러지가 있는 가족은 알러지 증상이 악화될 정도 였다.
