ZahariStaff was very polite and helpful. Ambience was great and very clean. We are not used to do the open concept of the sink area and separating shower and WC area.

Verified travelerThe only thing nice about staying here was the breakfast. Checking in was quite a hazzle the room was not even ready at 5PM and very surprisingly the towels were not appropriate for a five star hotel.
