Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Skorzystaliśmy z transportu pkp wycieczka do Olsztyna dworzec po drugiej stronie ulicy. Nad jezioro Drwęckie 100 m, wzdłuż jeziora piękna spacerowa promenada.
