閑静な住宅街にありながら、地下鉄の駅から近くアクセス抜群。

近くにコンビニあり。

成田空港まで乗り換えなしの直通電車がある。
縦に細長い間取り。

お風呂が1階、トイレが2階にあるため、階段の上り下りが必要。

荷物を上の階に運ぶのが大変なので、スーツケースは1階の収納スペースに置いて、交代で整理するのがベスト。
