上の人が夜9時以降もバタバタ走り回ってた音がすごく聞こえた

室内設備が比較的新しく、広さも充分で過ごしやすい。
スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で気持ち良い。
2階に別の宿泊者がいた場合、1階へ足音や家具の音などがとても響く。
今回宿泊した時は運悪く複数人の若い人達？が2階に宿泊されており、深夜まで騒いでいてかなりの騒音でほとんど眠れなかった。
裏を返せば、2階に宿泊して1階に別の方がいる場合はかなり生活音に気をつけなければいけないと思う。

とても開放感のあるお部屋で、快適に過ごすことができました。
音や声が響きやすいので、夜間帯に他グループの声が響いてくることがあります。
KiyotaJapan当日突然の予約だったのですが、中はキレイにされていてよかったです。
静かでよかった。
一階だったが上の階の物音や話し声は全く気にならなかった。
トイレの臭いが染みついてて臭かった。
ゴキブリがいた。

夏なのに、掛け布団が厚すぎた。

スタッフさんの対応はとても丁寧でした。
到着時刻を変更しても柔軟に対応していただきました。
掃除がもっといきとどいていたらいいなと思いました。
建物自体はとても綺麗なのに、汚れているところやほこりがちらほらありました。
二階建ての一階に泊ったのですが、上の階の人の足音が凄く響いていて、更に夜中遅くまで起きていたようで、うるさくて眠れませんでした。
