Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja vastasi täysin kuvauksia. Ilmalämpöpumput pitivät tilat viileinä, myös kovassa helteessä. Rauhallinen sijainti ja kaunis näköala merelle.
