I really enjoyed the property, location and cleanliness, but patio door did not lock, i contacted both the numbers i had to inform them. But they didnt respond or do anything. Other than that, amazing stay/place.

The check in procedure said to contact them before arrival since there is no front desk. I tried but Could not contact the company before I was due to fly to LA. I tried the number on an email and on my credit card…
