TylerAbsolutely amazing place. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Amazing experience. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time right in the center of La Fortuna.
NicoleThe service at check-in was friendly, but the place was not as advertised. They were doing renovations so the pool was not open, nor was the bar and the courtyard was a mess. I was not informed about this upon booking…
RachelStaff was short and we had to go back and get towels and also never received our complimentary drink.
NikitaI enjoyed staying here and would defiantly stay again. However the walls are paper thin. I had to bang on the wall and knock on the door to the people next door multiple times.
EvanSimple accomodations, air was cold, beds were fine. Nice location in town. Staff was extremely friendly.
DavidWe was greeted to the room by a roach(killed it). They would not provide a blanket, hand towels or wash cloths for the room. Pool music was very loud, nightly to10 or 11pm. Very old rooms.
