Que pasó con la reserva?
El hotel no tenía, según ellos, asentada la reserva, por lo que no pudimos hospedarnos allí. Nos derivaron a otro hotel. Quien es el culpable de no respetar la reserva?

"reservation" does not mean you get to stay
We were sent away from Posadas despite having made a reservation a month in advance for a family room. "We just don't have the room". We had two little kids in a hot sweaty car. They sent us to another hotel much farther…
