La posizione è ottima e la casa è all'interno di un bellissimo palazzo storico.
Vicina alla stazione ferroviaria che al centro della città. Ottimo luogo per visitare la città.
Purtroppo l'appartamento ha alcuni aspetti…

Stanza umida. Con i 25 euro di pulizia extra per il cane (nemmeno negli hotel spa hanno mai chiesto tanto), il costo d 110 euro per una notte a Rieti considerando l’umidità della stanza diventa davvero eccessivo
