I stayed both private room and dormitory. The private room was clean(even under the bed), ok for overnight stay. However, I never recommend the dormitory room. There were no window(or perhaps not opened), 5bunk beds…

Brilliant villa in the heart of Phnom Penh. Very clean and safe, lovely pool and the most wonderful friendly staff. Can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to go back!
