Cosy stay in a great location
Great location at Batam Centre.
There were small finishing touches that were lacking. For example, towels provided were too thin. Blanket provided was also thin. There were also frequent power outages in the building…

The place is a gem where you can find new established eateries and restaurants. Good security.
The cleanliness was great. The security is very strong. Love the locations and whereabouts to find eateries within walking distance. Children huge playground at the basement makes this place great for families.
