Perfect little annexe, well equipped with everything you need and very secure garden for dogs which as a real bonus. Very quiet didn't feel like it was an annexe, felt nice and private.

Great location, especially with the parking included. The lake is less than 10 minutes walk away and the co-op was handily close too. We both enjoyed our stay, especially the walk up Catbells and the welcoming ice cream…

The mattress is uncomfortable. Unfortunately the outdoor cushions were filthy so couldn’t be sat on. Only 2 loo rolls is not enough for a 5 night stay.

Cottage was clean, location is great, walking distance to main street, washing machine and parking space for the car.
The bed was lumpy, sagged in the middle and uncomfortable to sleep on. Definitely needs an upgrade.
