Cero amables, no tenía lo que solicitamos adaptado para personas en silla de ruedas, habitación sucia, nos quitaron el agua caliente, no nos dieron paños “toallas”

NataliaMi habitación la limpiaron una sola vez. Simplemente sacaron la basura y ya. Eso no es limpieza puse el letrero para q no volvieran a entrar. Para entrar al hotel hay que tocar un timbre. Siempre se esperaba bastante…
