Unit was not clean, walls are dirty, needs paint, ceiling vents are disgusting, windows were full of hand prints, 2 small things of shsmpoo for a week. Place needs some tlc. For the price, could have been in better…

The check in process was completely unclear. Finally we figured it out. The Hotel.com virtual help was absolutely no help at all. I could not call and speak to an agent because the confirmation number could not be found.…
