MichellePool and hot tub are great. Staff is helpful. Area is very good. Suites are nice and large. Only thing that could be improved is speed/process of check-in and parking.

The place is nice and was very clean. The downside is parking for Placemakr guests is way on the 6th floor rooftop. The building is much larger and cavernous than I anticipated. It's easy to get turned around navigating…
