Die Lage ist super gut! Sehr wohltuend ist die Ruhe, wenn man z.B. auf dem Balkon beim Frühstück sitzt.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung müsste teilweise erneuert werden, z.B. die Sessel, die total abgewohnt sind.
