Living area and kitchen were great
Towels were not good, finishes need upgrading, laundry tub had been used for cleaning paint brushes..not good. Lounges all need a good clean. Outdoor furniture needs upgrading.

Location
Not kept well, outside areas need cleaning, repairs required inside the house, cupboards and drawers not opening properly, there should be more linen , blankets and pillows. Front gate needs to be fixed.
