繁忙期なのに安かったので不安でしたが、素晴らしい施設でした。ただ、暖房がリビングにだけあって部屋の中には無かったので部屋がとても寒かったです。ドアを開けて部屋を暖めたのですが、結果的に風邪を引いてしまいました。この部分を注意事項として強調するか、後々改善されるといいですね。その部分以外はとても満足で、おすすめします。
Verified travelerチェックイン前に予め施設に連絡するように記載がありましたが、連絡するとチェックインに関するメールを送ったので、そっちを見てくださいと。
メールは来てないのでその旨を話すと送ったと言い張り、面倒臭そうに教えてくれましたが、メモいいですか？と言った後スラスラと一方的にいい終わり、とても不親切でした。
しかも施設に入る暗証番号も必要で、メールきてないならどうしようもないのに。
