The staff at Pine Lodge is very helpful. The room I stayed in, on the 2nd floor with balcony, was ok.
The breakfast they served was mediocre and could be improved a lot. For a budget hotel, it is passable.
GaryBad experience. No lift, no AC at the lobby, no ventilation for rooms though it was said garden view. Doors will be locked at night if you are late need to bang on doors.
