Faulty towers. Doesn’t help a language barrier immediately. Toilet seat wasn’t commected. How did the cleaner not notice? Radiator and bathroom radiator didn’t work so room freezing. Bath cracked and mouldy as was shower…
SarahWe had to change room due the awful conditions of the first room. The next room wasn't much better, toilet would only flush once, full of cobwebs, radiator did not work, bed was dirty, no pillow or mattress protectors…
