가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다.
섭지코지하고도 가깝고
산책로도 있어서 좋았습니다.
다만.. 마지막날에 짐정리후에
아주 큰 바퀴벌레를 보는 순간...
호텔 청결면에서 신뢰도가 급하락 해버렸네요..ㅡㅡ
위생에 좀더 신경을 써주셨으면 합니다.

섭지코지와 신양섭지 해수욕장의 경관이 아름다웠습니다. 조식 메뉴와 맛이 괜찮고, 해랑도 맛있었고, 플로이스트 카페도 음료와 케익이 맛있었으나, 석식 메뉴가 한정적이어서 리조트 밖으로 외식을 하러 나갈 수밖에 없었습니다. 한국의 리조트는 대부분 투숙객이 외식을 하러 나간다는 것을 전제로 운영하는 것 같습니다. 조식 외에는 투숙객에게도 내부 식당 할인 혜택이 없고, 렌트 등 차량을 이용하지 않는…

다소 낡았지만 깔끔한 편이고, 아름다운 섭지코지에 위치하고 있다는 점이 장점임. 회원 위주라 그런지 빠릿하지 않은 비회원 투숙객은 이용안내 사항을 파악하기 쉽지는 않았음. 예를 들면 셔틀버스로 글라스 하우스 방문시 QR코드로 사전 등록해야 하나 동 정보가 홈페이지에 기재되어 있지 않고, 버스에 등록 안하고 앉아있는 사람들이 있었음. 식당들이 음식이 괜찮긴 하나, 리조트 밖으로 나가지 않으면…

돈값못하는숙소
전체적으로 신경을 안쓰고 객실을 내준 느낌이엇어요 ㅠ 이전에 묵었을때 기억이 좋아서 다시 방문했는데, 에어컨 청소도 안되어잇고 고장도 나있는 방을 점검없이 그냥 내어준 건 좀 아닌것갘아요. 물론 방을 바꿔주시김 했지만 아쉽네요. 더불어 라운지 마감이 11신데 9시 50분쯤 가서 주문하니까 싫은 티를 팍팍내면서 아주 불친절하게 응대하더라구요. 매우 불쾌했습니다.
