Unfortunately, on arrival the smell was unpleasant in reception. The room was in poor condition ,the bed sheets had a lot of long black hairs on top and inside the covers I imagine they had been left from the last…

The property made me pay in cash without giving any invoice or receipt. The room they showed me had a very strong smell of urine so I refused to stay and I asked for my money back but they refused me.
