Good location but best views only from beachfront stays.
Good location and a nice, relaxed vibe, but the area is still under development. Unless you’re staying in a beachfront bungalow, the views aren’t particularly special yet and can feel a bit unfinished.

Chilling with friends; long swims - up early due to work noise.
Nice folks. Good space. Great beach.
Grounds swept once a week (needs daily attention because of leaves and tiny killer pinecones).
