Nous avons réservé et payé d'avance pour 4 personnes. A notre arrivée on nous propose une chambre qui ne fait pas plus de 11 m² (déclarée 14 m² sur le website de Hôtel.com). Il fallait batailler pendant plus de 2 heures…

Basically all we wanted was a clean room and to have a swimming pool around where our daughter can swim and play. Phaistos has that and overall nothing unpleasant happened during our stay.
