The dirty bed sheets and glassware - photos provided. The very rundown state of the building, given it was $250 per night. Having homeless people approach you as you walked around the building.

This is a great apartment for a couple in a good location. It was very clean and there were good cooking facilities provided so we could have breakfast there each day.
