Cost, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, hot bath/shower, quiet (end of high street).
The front outside looked a little shabby, weeds and front door needs to be painted.

This was a beautiful little place for a couple or small family which was ideally located at the end of the High street. Easy parking out the front with no restrictions and 2 mins walk to the chippy or sea front
