AndreiArmeniaGood location and fast Wi-Fi, but the apartment is outdated, poorly maintained and has cockroaches.
The location is great, pretty close to the center, near the Pak Shuka (Yerevan City supermarket, 24/7) and there's a fine elevator, the apartment is pretty big, and the Wi-Wi is really fast. Also, the AC is fine.
