Ruhig, gute Ausgangslage per Fahrrad 3 km in die Innenstadt.
Ruhige Lage am Fluß Triebisch. Weg vom Tourismus in der Stadt. Gefühl, unter Meißnern zu sein.
Im Altbau war die Wohung dunkel mit kleinen, wenig öffenbaren Fenstern, jedoch konnte im Hof Platz genommen werden…
