Luggage Delivery: If you are using a luggage transport service (backpack transfer), your luggage may be delivered to Hotel Rua Villar on your check-in date. Please ensure your full name (matching the reservation holder) is clearly written on the luggage tag. The building does not have a lift, and access to the rooms is by stairs only. The property consists of four floors (from the ground floor to the third floor). Please be advised that both the reception hotel and Pension Rua Nova are located in the historic center, which is a pedestrian area.
