El personal no reaccionó de ninguna manera después de indicar que una ventana no abría y que tuvimos muchas hormigas. Además, la ultima noche la pasamos en urgencias…

Tuvimos que recoger las llaves en un buzón en otro apartamento. Creo que seria mucho mas comodo que ese mismo buzon con las llaves estuviese en el propio alojamiento.
