The room was very nice and confortable. Also clean which is a criterion very important for me.

They should give first preference to booked person and not change hotel as per their advice need to
They changed to another hotel alpha inn we booked for Paul residency saying the other guest didn’t check out . Alpha inn third floor no lift as my dad having heart problem they didn’t mention about facility the room…
