テラスやキッチンがあり、旅行者同士のコミュニケーションがとりやすい。
エアコン不可のプランで泊まったが、蒸し暑い日だったので使わせてもらえた。ただし部屋にリモコンはなく、オーナーに連絡して遠隔操作してもらう必要がある。
