주차공간은 믾으나 주차하려면 찾아헤메야하는 단점이 있음. 청소는 되어있으나 전 숙박자가 김치찌개를 먹었는지 냄새가 쉽게 빠지지않음. 주변에 술집이 많이 고성방가가 새벽까지 들림. 문을 닫고 자야함.
