AlexandruUnited KingdomPoor customer service and disappointing handling of lost belongings.
I went there one time and after I checked out, I forgot my jacket. The cleaning lady threw my jacket in the bin, and now they don’t know where it is. Very disappointing experience and poor handling of guests’ belongings.
