The flat is great . All in great condition, lots of details are thought of.
It is missing the elevator and parking but we knew it.
Also, Hayarkon is noisy on Thursday night and one if the bedrooms is exposed.

Charming views of the beach from the balcony. We could stay all day and night on the balcony. Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and to notch service. Gilad is lovely, flexible, and very cooperative. Good value for money.
