My partner and I stayed here last week for 2 nights. It's about 20 minutes walk from the southern bus terminal, which is good. It is notbfar from Ayala Mall, which is also good.

The rooms are clean , air condition works good. Free breakfast perfect to send you on your day. Has TV but no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception area, which has ample seating.

Very clean and we'll maintained. Staff is great, free breakfast is good, great location. But lots of traffic pollution on the main streets.
