People should be directed to check in on Floor 10 between Block D and Block E. Google Maps has the address wrong as Floor 17 Block C. Nobody came to clean my room. The bathroom door was spring-loaded and would not stay…

Cheap and good
Staff were helpful and accommodating. Truly. I booked on the wrong day but they amended things without fuss.

False hotel name
This establishment should never be listed on any hotel sites. Extremely poor condition to find reception area, which is separate from actual room. Overall there was never a hotel named "Pacific Lodge"

Unhelpful and dodgy!
Hotel double booked my booking and told me I had to call hotels.com and cancel! You messed up, you should've told me before hand! They then gave me another room which was smaller than the room I booked at the same price.…
