Unable to eat at the restaurant on arrival at lunchtime, only 1 towel in the room, you definitely need 2 pillows each

I stayed here when I was driving the Cao Bang loop.
Friendly staff. Beautiful building. Beautiful surroundings. Food from restaurant is tasty (but only serves at set times).

It’s a beautiful resort, full of potential
They didn’t clean the pool, very dirty.
I don’t know about the food because we were alone at the hotel so we went to another restaurant to eat

Only grip with the stay is that mattress was too hard. Would recommend supplying pillow topper to add on top of mattress for western tourists that prefer a softer mattress.
