מתחם צימרים מקסימים . סלון , מטבחון מאובזר ( היתה אפילו מכונת קפה) , פינת אוכל , 2 חדרי שינה ושני חדרי שירותים/מקלחת.
בחוץ גינה כיפית לילדים עם טרמפולינה. ופינת ישיבה . ראינו שיש גם אופציה למנגל.
