Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ άνετο, φωτεινό, ευάερο, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Ήσυχο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, πεντακάθαρο. Έξτρα μπόνους η πανέμορφη αυλίτσα με τη λεμονιά στο πίσω μέρος.
