Pulizia appartamento e completare con più cura, vedi tavolo esterno rotto e magari posizionare un ombrellone esterno per il sole e aggiornare le posate ( mancavano dei coltelli)

Location is excellent
The bed was awful, noise everytime you moved in it. This apartment needs a refurbishment and a better sofa as this was stained.
A deep clean would be beneficial to this place.
