It was close to the city centre and my piano tunings.
The unit was a little run down. A cupboard door needed a repair to the hinge and some repainting to the unit.

Nicely located. Nice warm shower, kitchen fairly well equipped.
Very small not efficient heater, we were cold all night, super humide, not well insulated, dirty bed cover.
