Sweet little spot up on Signal Hill. Love the history of the building and seeing the little 4 Square sign still up outside.
Understandable with the small space but don't expect to do any sort of cooking if staying here.

The parking is on the street and not actually for the property. There is some noise from the rest of the house because it is just a small part of a larger house.

The property was extremely comfortable and just a few minutes drive from Dunedin cbd. Kitchenette well stocked.

Cool place, very clean and newly renovated.
There was a bit of road noise, however it did say that in the description of the place and it didn't matter that much, we still had a nice stay.
