L'hôtel est très agréable, facile d'accès et à taille humaine, dans une région avec pas mal d'activités à faire en famille.
Les onsens étaient vraiment très beaux et agréables, et le personnel très amical.

金髪の若い女性のスタッフさんが荷物も快く運んでいただき赤ちゃんがいたので助かりました
エレベーター内でも嫌な顔を一つもせず笑顔で対応いただいて愛想が良くとても綺麗で良かった印象です。
(赤ちゃんの着替えなど荷物多かったにもかかわらずすみません)
また7/11朝5時台夜勤者の男性もベビーチェアの件で朝早い時間にも関わらず快く対応いただき感謝してます。
