Verified traveler鍵がドアに付いている状態でチェックインのため、他のお客様による部屋の選択間違えが発生し、私達はすぐに部屋に入ることが出来なかった。連絡をするとオーナーが数分で到着し、その間に、部屋を間違えたゲストが戻ってきて、無事解決した。オーナーはとても感じがよくスピーディに解決してくれた。
