Location and ok apartment. Neigborhood felt safe and ok.
Maybe cleaning could have been better and the door locks was a bit complicated. Lack of ac in hot weather was a struggle.

This comfortable apartment is close to restaurants and shopping. We are traveling by bicycle and were able to get our bikes up to the second floor without a problem.
